how it works
I’m going to make the assumption that you’ve been into ‘products’, clicked on a cushion, seen the images, read the histories and something has caught your attention. On the ‘product’ page you will already have seen the price in Australian $ and you can also find out how many of your design(s) are still available in the edition.
If the number of cushions you would like to purchase are available, you can proceed to the checkout.
At the checkout, you will see the default payment method as paypal. We've chosen paypal because it's very secure, straight forward and it's the method our customers recommended we use. If you do not have a paypal account already, it is very quick and easy to register. Simply enter your details and they will send you a password.
If you would prefer to pay offline it is possible to pay via credit card over the telephone by contacting the spacecraft store in Melbourne Australia on 03 9486 0010, open seven days, 10am till 6pm Melbourne time. Geralyn and Donna would love to speak to you.
postage and handling
Standard postage rates apply to all items and are automatically calculated at the checkout. Items will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for postage within Australia and 3-4 weeks for International Air Mail. We will e-mail you the tracking number once the item(s) have been collected.
buying as a present
If this is a present let us know if you'd like us to include your message on a spacecraft printed card and put it in the parcel. Please write your note in the message box on the checkout page.
If you are unhappy for whatever reason with the item you have purchased we are happy to offer a credit note. The item must be returned to us within 14 days.
