St Mark's Basilica has been printed onto 100% linen. We are constantly learning about good fabric manufacturing practices, it’s an industry that is shifting quickly in locality, resources and quality. Mainly it’s a challenge of trusting new lower impact fabrics such as bamboo and using a linen like this one that is so long lasting you’ll pass it on to your great-greats.

“Asia is starting to grow more flax/ linen because it’s a great in between crop while growing rice and wheat, with no need for chemicals. Less mono-culture, more crop variations I say” Joost.    

All our handprints can easily be washed in a cold gentle machine. We trust that spacecraft goods will be well used and expect that you’ll have more pressing things to do than fuss over a hand wash. It’s best not to bleach, soak or rub any handprint.
